HSBC
We have been involved in branch build–outs for several HSBC bank locations in the North East sector of New Jersey. By working closely with construction managers, Structure Tone, Inc., we were able to provide efficient reviews and expert engineering to complete the projects and allow the tenants to move into their space with a well installed and balanced HVAC system.
Valley National Bank
Valley National Bank is one of the fastest growing banks around and Admore Air Conditioning was honored to be chosen to build an “out of the ground” facility, in conjunction with Gotham Construction, at their Upper East Side location in Manhattan. Due to the specific nature and location, this project required close control and organization. The result was a successful project completed ahead of schedule for another satisfied customer.
North Fork Bank
Working alongside Construction manager J.T. Magen & Company, we completed two very diverse projects for North Fork Bank. The first Project on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, involved major space confinements and strict timelines in order for the location to open as scheduled. The second project involved a standard bank facility build–out, in addition to work on an employee training facility.
The engineering of this facility dealt with core building systems interfaced with supplemental equipment to maximize existing services in order to keep construction costs to a minimum. This project was completed as scheduled with full customer satisfaction.
