Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchion are one of New Jersey's largest and most prestigious law firms. Construction manager Structure Tone, Inc., chose Admore Air Conditioning Corp to build a 100,000 square foot high–end space for the law firm's new location at One Gateway Plaza in Newark, New Jersey.
Admore Air Conditioning Corp. was obligated to fast track the first 60,000 square feet of this space. Working alongside TPG Architecture and Robert Derector Associates, the project was completed as scheduled.
Vibrant media
Located at the Kipp-Stawsky property at 565 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, Vibrant media is one of the most thriving firms in the media and advertising market. For this project, Admore Air Conditioning Corp. worked with construction manager J.T. Magen & Company, architectural firm Butler Rogers Baskett, and MEP engineers Syska & Hennessy. We utilized the base building air conditioning & heating central plant system in conjunction with supplemental water cooled packaged units for the critical environment areas.
L'Oreal
Also located at 565 Fifth Avenue, L’Oreal, a world leader in the beauty industry, needed a high–quality tenant fit out. Admore Air Conditioning Corp. joined forces with J.T Magen & Co, Edwards and Zuck consulting engineers, and Allen Killcoyne Architects. The project of 8000 square feet finished ahead of schedule.
Schindler Elevator
Admore Air Conditioning Corp. completed a challenging two-phase build-out and new office construction for Schindler Elevator, the leading global manufacturers of elevators, escalators, and moving walks. Working with The Syska Hennessy Group, Icon.5Architects, and J.T. Magen & Company, we maintained the existing air conditioning units during the construction of their new offices in order to ensure Schindler’s staff could operate with no delay or inconvenience.
