ADMORE AIR CONDITIONING CORP was first incorporated in 1946 and has since been providing Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning service to customers in New York and New Jersey.

We pride ourselves on being owner operated and completely hands-on during all aspects of construction, installation, maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems.

Position Available

We are seeking candidates for the position of Estimator. Candidates must have Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; 18 months of experience as Junior Engineer; 18 months of experience with AutoCAD, HVAC Table, Take Off, and Plan Swift.

Responsibilities include: Apply technical knowledge of engineering principles and methodologies to prepare time, cost and labor estimates. Prepare cost summaries for projects. Analyze bids and consulting with subcontractors and vendors of needed materials to formulate estimates for the projects and to resolve any issues related to these projects. Undertake relevant feasibility studies, value engineering and life-cycle costing utilizing scientific principles and methods. Conduct analysis of drawings, blueprints and specifications. Visit construction sites to gather information and access to utilities and services. Perform quantity surveys to determine the amount of labor and materials required for the projects, i.e., estimates of dimensions, unit numbers, equipment needs and crew size.
