Medical office hospital facilities
There are few areas where air quality and environmental comfort is more important than in medical facilities and hospitals.
International multiple sclerosis research center
Admore Air Conditioning Corp’s expertise was called upon for The International Multiple Sclerosis Management Practice’s new 30,000 square foot facility headed up by one of the leading MS doctors in the world. This project had several intricate building phases that included research laboratories, doctors offices, exams rooms and sub-zero storage facilities.
Admore worked very closely with both the design team of YBM Studios architectural firm and the Plus Group consulting engineers. This was an extremely meticulous mechanical project where Admore’s experience and quality workmanship were utilized to the fullest extent.
Wildlife Conservation Society
The construction of a new animal hospital for the Bronx Zoo OR Surgery, Necropsy & CPS project was by far the most challenging project in 2006 for Admore Air Conditioning Corp. The existing surgical unit had to be maintained and kept open at all times. Aditionally, we had to be extremely sensitive to noise levels generated so as not to disturb any of the animals.
Admore Air Conditioning Corp worked hand in hand with Perkins and Will Architects, and IP Group Consulting Engineers to deliver a state of the art surgical and recovery unit which was governed by stringent state regulations.
