Jack Resnick & Sons. - 255 Greenwich St.
Admore has been tasked with the infrastructure upgrades at several properties owned and operated by Jack Resnick & Sons. The latest of them was the cooling tower replacement at their 255 Greenwich property. The 14th storey building close to ground zero had 3 cooling towers which had declined in efficiency and output over time. They had to be replaced with 2 new - more efficient cooling towers with higher capacity and longer life cycle.

As a result, the emergence of disaster recovery centers for businesses has created a new sector in the HVAC Industry.
Admore Air Conditioning Corp partnered with Structure Tone, Inc., Hiller Architects and PowerCon Consulting
Engineers to renovate a 60,000 square foot facility into a Disaster Recovery Center for Time Inc., in Parsippany, New Jersey. Admore worked closely with the building management team from Cushman and Wakefield to keep safety at a premium and to eliminate disruption of services. The project required the mechanical installation of brand new top-of-the-line equipment as well as precision testing and balancing on existing units.

International Multiple Sclerosis Research Center
Admore Air Conditioning Corp’s expertise was called upon for The International Multiple Sclerosis Management Practice’s new 30,000 square foot facility headed up by one of the leading MS doctors in the world. This project
had several intricate building phases that included research laboratories, doctor’s offices, exams rooms and sub-zero storage facilities.
Admore worked very closely with both the design team of YBM Studios architectural firm and the Plus Group consulting engineers. This was an extremely meticulous mechanical project where Admore’s experience and quality workmanship were utilized to the fullest extent.

Manhattan College Student Commons Building
The construction of a new Ray Kelly Student Commons at Manhattan College was by far the most challenging project in 2013 for Admore Air Conditioning Corp. This out of the ground structure was designed by Perkins Eastman Architects.
Admore Air Conditioning Corp worked hand in hand with Construction Manager - Pavarini Construction and MEP Engineers Syska Hennessy Consulting Engineers to deliver a state of the art student recreational center to the prestigious university.
Commercial Office Tenant fit-out
When leading asset management firm - Vinci Partners, leased one of the best available penthouse office spaces in Midtown Manhattan, they called on Admore Air Conditioning Corp’s expertise to furnish and install the HVAC system. We completed the job in the 9,000 square feet tenant space at 535 Madison Avenue on schedule and budget and have been retained to perform continued service and maintenance on the equipment.
Located at the Kipp-Stawsky property at 565 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, Vibrant media is one of the most thriving firms in the media and advertising market. For this project, Admore Air Conditioning Corp. worked with construction manager J.T. Magen & Company, architectural firm Butler Rogers Baskett, and MEP engineers Syska & Hennessy. We utilized the base building air conditioning & heating central plant system in conjunction with supplemental water cooled packaged units for the critical environment areas.
Located at 565 Fifth Avenue, L’Oreal, a world leader in the beauty industry, needed a high–quality tenant fit out. Admore Air Conditioning Corp. joined forces with J.T Magen & Co, Edwards and Zuck consulting engineers, and Allen Killcoyne Architects. The 8000 square feet project finished ahead of schedule.
Gibbons, Del Doe, Dolan, Griffinger, & Vecchion. One Gateway Plaza, Newark, New Jersey
Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchion are one of New Jersey's largest and most prestigious law firms. Construction manager Structure Tone, Inc., chose Admore Air Conditioning Corp to build a 100,000 square foot high–end space for the law firm's new location at One Gateway Plaza in Newark, New Jersey. Admore Air Conditioning Corp. was obligated to fast track the first 60,000 square feet of this space. Working alongside TPG Architecture and Robert Derector Associates, the project was completed as scheduled.

985 Park is a masterful expression of architecture by visionary Costas Kondylis. Located on Park Avenue at East 83rd Street in Manhattan, the building is an insightful interpretation of the confidence of its elegant neighborhood. Admore Air Conditioning Corp. was delighted to be chosen by construction manager Marson Contracting to deliver the full HVAC package for this extremely prestigious property. We worked closely with the construction manager and the entire design team to utilize every square foot of this distinctive property.
