Paul Rowley & Robert Andreala partnered to purchase family run Admore back in early 2000. The goal was to build Admore into a formidable presence in the tri-state area, while still running the company as a family-style operation with a vested interest in our employees and a hands-on approach with our clients. A major factor in Admore’s continued success is attributable to our experience in understanding the unique needs of each customer. Admore works with every client to achieve optimal results throughout every phase of a project. As the company has grown, so too has the quality of our employees. Admore proudly boasts a roster of well-educated and well-respected staff with an attitude of “why can’t it done” rather than “why it won’t be done.” We believe that a better life is about well-educated people with a strong work ethic and common-sense approach coming together to build a unique workforce.

Our strong project management team uses decades of experience to drive each project, and understands the complexity of today’s increasingly sophisticated world of technology. When Admore installed the original air conditioning system in St Patrick’s Cathedral in the 1950’s, every drawing from sheet metal to control wiring was hand-drawn. Today, the platforms of Revit and BIM and virtual reality technology digests changes with the ease of a mouse stroke. From high-rise residential buildings and commercial office spaces to financial trading facilities and banking institutions, these are just handful some of the kinds of clients that Admore currently serves throughout the metropolitan area.
Admore has recently completed a new training center for our project managers and technicians to ensure that we have well-versed staff in every department. We believe it is essential to have in-house and factory training for all our employees for both enhancement and evaluation purposes. In addition, we have recently installed an in-house, state-of-the-art service and dispatching system. Utilizing GPS technology for dispatching, will enable technicians to upgrade data and equipment related to all projects in real-time to enhance speed and delivery. Admore is well-positioned for the future and looking forward to continued success and growth, working diligently to keep our clients goals in focus.
Established in 1946 and with original clients like Trinity Church and J.P. Morgan, who have been with the firm since its inception, Admore has a lineage that not many others can match. We have been providing HVAC services to companies across a broad spectrum of industries throughout the New York Metropolitan Area and New Jersey for more than 70 years.

Admore is extremely proud to be involved in numerous charities where both of our firm’s principals sit on several boards. Robert Andreala is a board of director member of Make-A-Wish Foundation and Paul Rowley is a board member of St. Dominic’s Foundation. Admore is also a major supporter of Covenant House, United Fire Fighters Association, NFL Alumni, Best Buddies, Race Against MS, Cystic Fibrosis, Angelman Syndrome, the Special Olympics and many other worthy and amazing causes as well as supporting both Rockland GAA in New York and Killoe Young Emmets GAA in Ireland.
