Roof top central plant chiller conversion. The M.E.R. was at the top of the house located at 54th and Park Avenue. The demo and removal of existing 500 ton Absorber was challenging without any elevators accessing the machine room and the rigging could not be preformed from Park Avenue, but success was complete all around with the installation and commissioning with its first of a kind double effect steam fired Absorption Chiller in New York City. Admore Air worked very closely along with CFS Engineers on this project.
